The validity of contract of sale, product and price information
The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.
The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price.
The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.
All prices are in Euros (€).
Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.
Placing an order
Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:
Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
Other options: Paypal, Stripe, Paysera, Bank transfer.
NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.
The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.
The goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia.
To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Omniva, SmartPost.
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 1-3 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of withdrawal
In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
In order to return the goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted, the form of which can be found here: Withdrawal application or send it to the e-mail address email@example.com no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the product to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a faulty or defective product).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.
The online store may refuse to make refunds until the item that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer has provided proof that he has returned the item, whichever is earlier.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method different from the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store does not have to reimburse the consumer for a cost that exceeds the cost related to the usual delivery method.
In order for the goods to be able to return, the packaging of the goods must be opened as carefully as possible without damaging its general condition. You can only return the product in the package. The contract is not valid if the goods were physically damaged (from careless use).
Each item has a 1 year warranty.
The seller undertakes to provide the permitted warranty. If a defect is found in the product, the customer must contact the seller immediately to rectify the defect.
If the customer makes a mistake in using the product, the seller is not obliged to replace it. For example, if the item was dropped damaged.
Each product is diagnosed before shipment.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The personal data of the buyer is used strictly, only for sending and processing the order.
The buyer receives emails and updates only if he has given his consent.
The buyer has the right to unsubscribe from mailing by writing an email. e-mail of the online store.
All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to or submitted by calling.
If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. The resolution of disputes by the Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.
